Paint fire hydrants and stoplight boxes in St. Louis colors and themes.
Some fire hydrants in the city are painted in neighborhood colors and Clayton has stoplight boxes painted in local themes, but this proposal is to pay artists small stipends and provide them with supplies to paint hydrants and stoplight boxes throughout the city.
