Create an artistic lighting display on the grain elevators at the corner of Duncan and Sarah Streets
The grain elevators at 4040 Duncan Avenue are a massive Midtown landmark easily visible from I-64. This project would create an lighted art display similar to what is seen in Buffalo (http://www.wgrz.com/news/article/184361/37/Grain-Elevator-Lighting-Display)

This Idea is proven successful in other areas of the country, and is a great example of how a city and it's industrial heritage can be transformed. Must look at "The Image Mill" by R. LePage in Quebec that is mentioned briefly in the Buffalo, NY news article, it's a fantastic example of this idea -- just do it!
